Court Meeting.  3pm. Wax Chandlers' Hall. Reports by various Committees and a number of other items discussed which will appear in the Minutes.   Mr George Bird was re-admitted to the Court and Colonel Ian Ogden and Mr David Wills were welcomed as Freemen of the Company.

Carol Service. St Margaret's Lothbury. 6pm. Presided over by the Rev. Jeremy Crossley, Rector of St. Margaret's together with the Rev, John Cooke the Honorary Chaplain. Lessons read by the Clerk,  Alex Maclean Bather, the Renter Warden, the Upper Warden and the Master. A number of arrangements of European carols by Richard Townend were sung exquisitely by the Lothbury Singers. Richard Townend put in his usual virtuoso performance on the organ. Attendance c. 100.  Dinner at the City University Club 8pm.  Attendance was 64 ( the maximum) which included Liverymen from the NFRC and TTA as well as other members of the Livery, their families and guests. Grace was said by the Rev. Crossley and the toast to the Company was proposed by Past Master Philip Parris. A convivial evening with good food and wine enjoyed by all.
