The Master cordially invites all Tylers and Bricklayers to attend a Court and Livery Luncheon at Ironmongers’ Hall, Off Shaftesbury Place, Aldersgate, Barbican, London, EC2Y 8AA on Thursday 12 June.

Ironmongers’ Hall is the home of the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers, one of the Great X11 Livery Companies with a history stretching back 700 years. This is the Ironmongers fourth Hall. It was built by Holland, Hannen and Cubitts and was opened almost exactly one hundred years ago in June 1925

At this event, we will be entertaining the Masters and Clerks of some of our associated Livery Companies.

The Principal Guest and Speaker will be Professor Jason Payne-James, a Specialist in Forensic & Legal  Medicine and President of the European Council of Legal & Forensic Medicine. As well as an academic, active practitioner, writer and podcaster, Professor Payne-James has an extensive media career including presenting the Channel 5 series Autopsy, and a documentary on serial killer Trevor Hardy. 

We will commence with a Champagne Reception at 12.30pm for lunch at 1.00pm.

This luncheon is priced at £125 inc VAT per person. Partners and guests are most welcome. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Applications for tickets should be made to the Clerk by no later than Friday 23 May. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. Formal pour memoire cards will then be issued.

The dress code will be Lounge Suit with Tie. Livery Badges should be worn. Carriages should be booked for 3.00pm.
